I've always had a great experience at this location. Easy in, and easy out. The manager on site was involved with the happenings and the other employees always had a good sense of wit and humor; which was well received. Gold canopy service is A+! They keep a fresh selection of well-maintained autos that are pumped full of the latest gadgets and tech that I love. The last car I rented had a HUD!
Easy pickup and drop off. The guy who we dropped the car off with also recommended a nearby gas station where we could refill. Thanks!
So easy to rent from here. Friendly staff, easy to read map, the return was a snap and they have curb side drop off if u can't wait. A billion times better than renting from Seattle. That's a whole other wretched story.
Always do a great job. I really like the way they text you the car location and you can bypass the desk. Overall cars are good and people are very friendly.
Arrived late and tired after airline delay. Desk person was very helpful, my first Hertz Gold experience, so he pointed out benefits such as no charge for extra driver (employee, etc.). Check in was good, will be faster next time, and check out was even faster. Person at desk very helpful both times, called hotel shuttle for us.
