I give a 2 because I know it is my fault I left my camera in the car, but I left my camera in the car in a very obvious location and notified them immediately and they claim it was not recoverable. I hope they enjoyed all of our vacation footage. Just be careful. I understand I shouldn't forget but this was obvious so someone clearly took it and you would hope that wouldn't happen. Otherwise car was fine.
Had an accident on I 40.. somebody's tire bounced into the grill of my car. Busted the radiator. It was late at night..a thousand miles from home . I was desperate. Tried to rent a car from Enterprise and they said NO because I didnt have a major credit card on me. (Even though I've rented from them for 20 years) So a Big thank you to Dollar Rent A Car Albuquerque NM for allowing me to rent from you. I will be a loyal customer of yours for life.
Dollar doesn't care about anything but your money. I had to cancel a red because they couldn't find it at the rental desk in Halifax. They simply told me they were out of cars and I had to rent something from national. When contacted about a refund, they simply told me I used the reservation, and sent me a copy of someone ELSE's reservation. I told them the confusion and they simply sent a form letter saying thanks for resolving this issue when it was clearly unresolved. Rent from elsewhere, dollar doesn't care.
Have Express membership. Proceeded directly to the lot. Was given a choice of 3 different car models. Return was super quick and easy. Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly. Thanks!
Was able to get a car as a walk in when another rental company did not have a car for our reservation. Very nice employees, but highway robbery for sure. 150.00 for one day, (6 hrs). You can rent a car for a week for this amount. I did not really have a choice, so I did it but will never use them again.
