Service was fine, my issue was the keys that I was provided. I was given a spare copy of a key, NOT the original. This created some challenges since I was out here for work travel. When carrying multiple bags and running from site to site, the last thing that I want to deal with is having to unlock the car to open my trunk (because the trunk did not have a key hole). Just an inconvenience. Would have given this place a 4 rating if the representative I spoke to at the end didn't just dismiss my feedback. I understand people lose keys sometimes, but that's why there's a fee for losing a key, right? Again, minor issue, easy fix, just please be considerate of your costumers--I've never had this issue with Hertz.
Awesome to deal with!! I had a lot of issues with Enterprise in the past, but it seems they have changed their tune. They are super friendly, never pushy, very light hearted. The guy who showed us to our car was so fun. We even got a free upgrade this time! Most likely because they were out of compacts, but we appreciate it regardless!
Solid service, efficient staff, good selection of low-mile vehicles, including trucks. . Only downside, they have no direct line. According to Enterprise customer service that I spoke with, there is no way to call this airport location. I wanted to call to make sure they had another truck available so I could swap with my existing rental truck which had a. blow-out and driving on spare. Not possible, I crossed my fingers and drove up from Socorro. Fortunately they had a replacement, but it sure would be nice if you could call him n advance and find out.
Great overall experience. Very little wait (if any), super friendly and helpful, and they suggested a bunch of different options for us, although we stuck with our initial minivan because we knew exactly what we needed from a previous trip. Everything was ready for us and leaving the rental area and returning the car was very easy. Will definitely rent from here again. Thanks!
Such a great experience. We landed and went straight to a different rental agency that screwed us over big time. We called them desperate but also couldn't spend an arm and a leg. We got to choose our own car and it was a BREEZE getting in to it and returning the car. Every single employee was so kind and helpful. I will ALWAYS rent through Alamo when I can from now on!
