Pottery Barn has the worst customer service for an "upscale" furniture store. My parents ordered a KING size bench listed on their website as being these dimensions: King Bench: 70" w x 15" d x 19" h and the receipt had it listed as front door delivery. When they came home, the bench was on the side of the road and wasn't even close to even the queen sized dimensions listed on their website. When they talked to the service rep at the store in ABQ she said the dimensions on the website won't be exact because no one wants a bench as long as their actual bed. SERIOUSLY?? That's your excuse for sending a bench more than 15 inches shorter than the description...and then say it will take a day or so to figure it out. Don't order anything you haven't seen in person from Pottery Barn!

First let me say, that dealing with the Albuquerque store is wonderful, however, it not being their fault, your product quality control is awful. We ordered drapes, that were shipped from one of your central shipping locations. The first two sets of drapes arrived. They were to go side by side, and the pattern was not contiguous from one drape to the next. Additionally, one drape was longer the the other. We noticed they were manufactured in China. The send drape arrived today, and the connection hooks at the top of the drape were not even. You either need to manufacture to drapes in the good old United States, or have someone watch over the Chinese plant. I guaranty that this is not your first complaint about our situation.
Pricey, which is no surprise. A lot of fun to browse with helpful salespeople who aren't pushy.
Their furniture is made really cheap... Dining room table already striped, dented. Customer service is good.
