Well when we walked in they acknowledged us but then he went on to do something else and NEVER came back to check if there was anything else he could do for us! So I went to Ashley and bought a sofa and chair from them! But I'd suggest your employees stick around with the customers a little longer to help them with the dedication to people that are helping them with THERE paychecks.
I don't mean to sound rude but I didn't appreciate him just Not coming back.
The minute we walked in the manager and sales rep greeted us. Bryan Porteous was very nice helped out. We got a beautiful TV stand good price and delivery too. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.
When I walked in to Country Dan's Raul Larez introduced himself, was very friendly, let me look around on my own and knew when I was ready to ask questions. I made my purchase right there and then.
I had a pleasant experience at Country Dans. I didn't feel pressured to buy furniture which made my experience less stressful. I was able to go in and find what I needed, it was delivered and set up at my home. All the staff including Raul and the delivery/setup gentleman were helpful and friendly. I will be back.
Great place to get furniture on a payment plan credit apps are available delivery was right on schedule no delays i even received a courtesy call from Anthony the delivery crew were also mindful of you brand new furniture carefully installing follow up from Raul on customer satisfaction very satified
