Was able to purchase the items I wanted and delivery was scheduled for next week.
My mother purchased three objects from the store. One-stop checks were in the house they looked like cheaper material. Within 24 hours she tried to return one item that looked like it was going to fall apart they offered her store credit but she wanted to just take it off her account they did not want to work with her on this!
Stay away from Mo and his manager Sam, Very bad place i wish if I could give this place less than a Zero, do not be victim for their low price, i ordered Sofa and two chairs and they brought me something with completely different color, they promised to replace them and they never did, whenever i call they say it is ordered and wait for a week and this is the case every time i call for months, then i complaint to BBB (you can find the details there) and they replied to BBB it is on the way and i have to wait and nothing happened(how worse it could be!!!!!), then I called my credit card and disputed the transaction and I could get part of my money back through my credit card company, unfortunately the rest paid in cash otherwise I would dispute the entire transaction, very bad what they did. stay away from them it doesn't worth it.
I have purchased two couches, two end tables, and a coffee table from here. The prices were decent enough. However, after 22 months, the power supply on one of the Flexsteel couches stopped working. Despite the 5-year warranty on electrical components, Hilife said it was not covered and offered to sell me a replacement for $100. I found one new on Amazon for $16.

Apparently in orders for you to return something You have to also understand management schedule ALSO there is always only one Manager present in the store.
Worst experience! The rumors are true about the late deliveries and ripping you off on the re-stock fee. Honestly please avoid them and go anywhere else but here. This I can promise. Ive been in my new apartment for 3 weeks with no furniture!! Please listen to this warning about hi life furniture. Do not give them business!!!
After two weeks of us going back-and-forth we are very unhappy customers and now we are trying to give everyone a heads up before stepping into this store and letting you all know please think three times!!!!!!!!! Look at the furniture and the price !!!!!!!!!!! And be sure that if they are giving you a good customer service then get it cash only !!!!!!! Other than that run for the hills do not buy anything from them. These people are rude and I will never ever ever sent anyone to this company ever again horrible people and horrible company !!!!!!!!!!
