We bought our new sofa, master bedroom set, dining table set and child bed here. Dennis helped us a lot with patience to choose the best ones for us. He was also very nice to my 3 year old boy by giving him some beverage and toy cart. The delivery team came on time with no missing pieces. We love our new furniture and they're all sturdy and beautiful. My experience at this store was very satisfying. Look for Dennis if you're thinking about buying new furniture here.
As a bonus, several staff were just standing inside helping no one, and able to see me arrive at their door - closed? Doesn't matter. It was just a bonus snub.
Just go to Costco or buy online. Not worth the hassle since it is unreliable.

Just bought a bedroom set from Ashley's. Bill helped us and he was wonderful to work with. He is very friendly and professional and not pushy or clingy like some sales people. Normally Ashley's is a little too high for our budget but we will come back just to work with Bill, who helped us get a great price!

They have a great selection of pieces for for every style and size. Prices aren't bad at all either. Jennifer worked with me on purchasing a new bed and chest of drawers. She was extremely polite and helpful. It was my first time buying furniture on my own and with no credit I was able to set up a plan to help me build credit. For being so young they still treated me as a serious adult which is rare to find. Super happy with the experience and will definitely be back!
The website claims one set of hours, the door has a paper stating different hours. After 5 years of patronage I won't be back.
