The associate was very helpful, but kept showing us things we had specifically said weren't a interest to us. We laid out our exact interest ranges at introduction. Tried to sell us on it only being a year lease, but the payments stated were literally for more then my car payment! Honestly, ridiculous. We'll be looking at Aarons, where they know real expectations.
Great place to buy furniture. Evelyn was very helpful, very patient and I walked away with two full bedroom sets. Everyone there was very nice! The delivery guys were great to and put everything together really well.

From start to finish, each and every Conns employee was great! There was no pressure, they allowed us to shop around and be available when we were ready to buy. The delivery was great too! The team came before our time slot, and all of them were so nice. I would highly recommend shopping here for your home needs, and see myself using them again for future purchases.
make an extended warranty claim I just got the complete runaround. Conns refuse to fix my appliances and in return I stopped making payments to them. Do yourself a favor and do not get any extended warranties from this company they will wiggle their way out of it. I have a good mind as to drop off all of these crappy appliances that you sold me at your front door during a big sale
Purchase a set of couches received them the next day I was not home when they came babysitter signed off on them when I got home I noticed too noticeable stains and a sticky spot on a cushion when I told them about it they said there's nothing to do because the couches just got their warranty will not go out for a couple weeks after being brand new there is no return policy so basically after speaking to several people I could not contact any type of manager they said they were all busy and basically screwed when asked about a return policy they said there was none there's nothing they can do about it now don't understand how my babysitter at 17 years old is able to sign for couches to she did not purchase furthermore very unhappy with customer service after the sale would not suggest this company to anybody
