What a fun place to visit! This store reminds me of a vintage Ikea circa 1980. It's pretty drab and has a "dusty without being dusty" kinda feel to it, but somehow that just works and makes this place an EXPERIENCE. There's selection of furniture items and some really great deals. We managed to snag a great deal on a new mattress, foundation, and bed frame - all for about $1,000.
What a disappointment. I walked in the store with cash in hand to buy a sofa. I felt like I was invisible. Not a single sales person approached me to offer help. Believe me it wasn't because they were short handed. There were plenty of sales people hanging around doing nothing. My advice to the employees; don't judge a book by it's cover. No, I won't be back.
Good selection of furniture but the financing sucks. I wasn't told about the terms of the financing when buying something. So when I went to pay off my couch they just keep saying that's "our leasing program." They jacked up my price now. Now I have to find a different financing option to pay it off from them. Charge me almost 100% interest. But that's just their "leasing program." I will never buy anything from this place ever again.
I was looking for items for a basement living area and guest bedroom. After being greeted by the salesperson. We spoke and something strange happened....HE ACTUALLY LISTENED to what my needs were. I was very impressed with the way they didn't try an up-sell me or show my things that were outside of my budget. I have to say that this furniture shopping experience was totally different than any other I've had. I'm about 99% sure I won't shop at another furniture store again! Thank you for listening to what my needs were.
