Family run business, so they really care about serving their customers. Prices are more than fair for repairs on antique lamps. Shop also offers lighting options you won't find anywhere else.
I have been shopping at the Lamp Shop for 11 years now. I have found excellent service there and the staff is very helpful. Recently I have had an opportunity to observe their integrity in their business practices involving one of their vendors. The vendor was not providing satisfactory customer service to the business owner. Needless to say, that vendor will not be receiving any more business from the Lamp Shop. This is something only an independent small business owner is willing to do. I will continue to do business with the Lamp Shop and recommend them to all my friends and pet sitting clients.
