After a neighbor's home was broken in to I called TAS; Zach and Ian were at my home less than 24 hours later, and were able to revamp and configure my existing alarm system. called for help on camera that did not work and had to be replaced...lol...he said if I had security system from another company they would not help. I said all I want is self monitored security camera installed..he said unless we get contract from them to monitor they would not help. DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF MORONS...as bad as ADT AND MONI (Monitronics)
