David at the apple Genius Bar was incredibly helpful with my MacBook Pro issues. He helped me quickly and discovered the problem within 15 minutes. This was the fastest and most caring service I've ever experienced at the Apple Store.

They have far exceeded the ability to care for the amount of customers coming into the store. Management needs to sound an alarm. This store is too small for the entire state of New Mexico. Wait times are unreasonable even with a Genius Bar appt. Spend some of that cash you are sitting on Apple and step it up in NM.
I've been to this location a handful of times now and it has always been a pleasant experience. Of course it's busy, a lot of people have Apple products! I've always had the sense to just book an appointment and have always been seen on time. Yesterday Vernon( I believe, I'm terrible at names) helped me with my phone that was having speaker issues. He ran some diagnostics and found that the best route was to replace my phone. I was in and out of the store within 45 minutes, and that is with transferring all my data over. Everyone is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They're also very personable. I'll always recommend this location.
