If you guys get phones or anything high priced get the geek squad or apple care insurance....dont be like the people that leave bad reviews on here and when something breaks they blame Best Buy for it when in reality you should've got it...getting insurance for phones or anything high priced is like having car insurance...you have car insurance for a certain reason ...why not protect your big investments u buy thru Best Buy with all the money you spend on it!!!! SMH
It was ok. I wanted info on their Apple watches but the sales man just kept trying to push the series three on me. And not very helpfully with other questions.
I am not sure if this place is under new management or not, but the customer service is horrible. Best Buy used to be my go to place for electronics... After my most recent experience, I'd rather deal with the poor attitudes of Walmart employees. My recommendation is to avoid this place and just buy it on Amazon. Two day shipping is better than rude and ineffective customer service at BB.
Salespeople, including manager Tin, were very helpful and understanding over the phone when I was trying to figure out the right way to coordinate purchasing a new phone for my son at UNM. Great service.
