Great place and good people. Took my TV in for a screen that was out. I was doubtful that it would get fixed but I took a chance. Hugo was nice enough to take me back in the shop area and show me exactly how they fixed the TV. If you have an expensive TV that needs fixing take the chance and see if they can help you.
I had ordered a buffer board for my Panasonic, and while the mail service was fast the board was useless because a ribbon connector hinge was missing. Any attempt to get a replacement or refund went unheard and they wont reply to any emails. I was very polite when requesting help and all I want is a solution but they wont help.

Very happy with my experience. They were upfront about the cost, giving me two pricing amounts, because it was one of two things. Got a call immediately after the TV was taken and told what the issue was, how long it was for the part to arrive, and how much it was going to be. Just got my TV back today, and it's working great. Price had not changed. The only thing I had to ask for was how much it was going to be for them to come out to see the TV prior to fixing it, it was a reasonable service charge. I still paid less than I would for a new TV.
Great customer service in inglish and Spanish the owner Hugo and he's wife are very good people he does amazing work no complaints at all.... I went in to fix a BMW key worth 250$ I opened the remote key had a bad battery and some broken circuits small very small he welded them back together installed a new battery tried he's best key is now working! So if you need your BMW key fixed go to him and save your money! Did I mention he only charged me 10$ and was always with a smile on he's face trying he's best to make me happy he doesn't love that right?? Well anyways long story short.... I sure will be coming back!!
