Never had a problem with them they have always been very prompt and taken the time to explain things to me and try to help me get into a phone a wanted with what I could afford. I highly recommend this store.
I had a mess of a time with the call centers when primary acct holder passed away and I tried to keepmy number. The gentlemrn at the Four Hills store helped a great deal. Highly recommend this store.
Always excellent service. The staff at this store are always friendly and accommodating. Ansel has helped us with our phone questions and has great knowledge about cellphones and current technology. He is THE MAN. We always ask for him now when we go in for our phone issues.

So not helpful! They were rude, condescending, and dismissive. My phone no longer works (you know calls and the like) and they told me my insurance does not cover that. What have I been paying for? I have full coverage! I must have gotten the same low information blonde that a previous commenter mentioned.
