Kate and Caleb were absolutely amazing ! They helped me get the best plans with awesome new phones! Their personalities and their attitudes were so great and helpful. Best customer service I've gotten in a really long time! They made us feel like friends more then just customers. It made me have an even more positive outlook on having Sprint as my service provider! Great job guys! Tons of kudos!
We were trying to get our phone unlocked (which was free and clear and paid for) but did not get anywhere with Sprint customer service. We spoke to them 4 times and no help and then spent an hour explaining our reasonable request to no avail. Then we went to the Sprint store on San Mateo and they clicked a button that allowed us to call and get our phone unlocked in no time. We appreciate their competence at the store and they created a pleasant environment to conduct business in. They were totally opposite of our experience with Sprint customer service. We are thankful for the excellent customer service that Katie and Jennie provided at the store. Unfortunately, we are done with Sprint but these two ladies made our experience memorable for the right reasons! Thank you Katie and Jennie! We recommend you two anytime!
Never go here. I took my phone in to get a new battery and was told they don't sell batteries there. the young man kept trying to push me into buying a new phone and I was very explicit that I did not want a new phone I just needed a battery. He then gave me incorrect directions to a battery store. told me it would only be about $10 but when I found the correct store found it would be $49 so I went back to the store to check on maybe getting a new phone and was told I could get a new phone and just put it on my current contract. I wanted to try a new battery first so they told me I needed to go to the corporate store clear across town where I was told that they don't sell batteries and that because my contract was in the middle could not add a new phone to my contract I'd have to pay out right. Turns out my phone is defective and is being sent in for repair or replacement.
Caleb was great. He really went above and beyond to help us out. I had all my questions answered and he even took the time to transfer our numbers (you'd be surprised how many places try to get out of doing that, ahem, bestbuy!) Definitely recommend this specific location.
My experience here today was great. Marcos and Jovanny went above and beyond to take care of my needs. Even though I waited, I wasn't neglected and the outcome exceeded my expectations
