Love shopping for computer and office supplies. I know, I am weird. I do love OfficeMax. service is usually great. I would just ask that they keep the selection on the shelves up - lately it seems the selection is shrinking a bit.
Very bad staff Megan was very disrespectful rude that staff doesn’t know the inventory. Megan didnt want to help us or a couple other customers. Really will never shop at this location EVER Again. I will be letting people know not to shop here my worse experience I ever had at a store
super helpful; manager was able to answer most of my questions and even shared an appropriate personal experience. The employee in the business/ copout area was patient and informative. They also have reasonable prices for color copies.

When there are multiple customers in line and you have one cashier working and there are other workers visible in the store; the best way to keep customers from walking out of a line that they had been waiting in for well over 9 minutes is simply to take one of the other staff members and have them on the register. It is due to poor customer service and management skills that many people simply turn to online shopping to avoid any such hassles.
