Tevin and The young lady were very patient with me until my phone came back on and I was able to find my flyer so that they could print it.
I visited this location to ship a package FedEx. I spent 30 minutes and they could not print a receipt. Slow internet was their excuse. Terrible customer service. I will not be giving this store any business in the future.
I love the store however something went way wrong on the clearance isle love to check it out every time but there was not one single price on the items or nearby frustrating left the store right after that.
They honor the online sale prices for any item in stock.
Been to this location two times now and both times have been exceptional, quick, and pain free!! I needed documents scanned and put onto my thumb drive because let's face it I'm just too high maintenance to do it myself lol, that's what makes coming here so convenient! At only $.20 a page you can't beat it! First time I came in I wasn't quite sure how it all works but you just give your documents to the Office Depot staff member and from there you just wait. Don't forget your thumb drive or floppy disk...lol...thumb drive is the new normal! Or you can even have them email the documents right there. You can also email the store before you go in so that they can print any documents you need! The copy machines are self serve and easy and convenient as well if you need to get multiple tasks done at once. They even have snacks readily available at the registers...well played Office Depot! Mariah helped me today she was very polite and professional and even made two copies on my thumb drive just in case...thanks girl!! Two thumbs and two big toes way up!!
