Really fast turn around. Probably because TV wasn't broken to begin with. I accidentally thought it was broken because the computer connected to it was putting the TV to sleep. Got a bill about soldering the power supply. Couldn't talk to the repair person directly to verify story and don't want to take it apart to prove otherwise.
The ladies on the phone were knowable and prepared to help. The parts were ordered and delivered on time.they called to set up the appointment and the technician was on time. He was neat and repaired my tv quickly and with no problems. I would definitely use them again.
I have used this company twice to work on my television set and have had a positive experience with both repairs. Setting up the appointment was very easy and professional. The technician arrived on time, fixed the issue, and now the TV works like it is suppose to. I have no complaints.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will never use this company again. I brought my TV to them and they kept it for a week and couldn't figure out the problem simply watching it for 2 days. They charged me for a "diagnostic" but I never received a diagnostic from them. Basically, I paid them to turn on my TV and watch it... A bum on the street could have done that for me for free. Not a good way of doing business. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
Having owned and managed a business in Albuquerque for 35 years, I chose Crown TV & Electronics to analyze and determine the cause of the problem on my Denon 751 AVR. They charge a $45.00 diagnostic fee to determine the issue ($30.00 less than a competitor) and apply it to the repair charge when completed. They repair equipment in the order it comes in for repair, so be prepared to wait your turn. Robin was very helpful on check in.
