Kind and gentle pet grooming. My dog hates to go to the groomer. I can take her here with less guilt than anywhere else I've tried. The grooming stations are in full view of the front desk, I think that's a plus. Reminder texts and emails are helpful.
Horrible nickel and dime operation. Left out what is standard at all other groomers I've been too. Including nail attention. It was extra. I think it was the owner. She's not very nice at all. I've found way better in the neighborhood. Never touching my babies again pretty pets/Kay.
I love this place! Always consistent with price and quality. I've been taking my first dog here for several years. And for the last 2 years I take both my pups at the same time. They always come back looking great. Marilyn does an awesome job!
Brought in my 1 1/2 year old Border Collie mix in for a bath and brush. Ended up adding the de-shedding treatment and brushing his teeth. Picked him up and he looked great! He was also giving his own approval by a super tail wagging! Good job and reasonable prices.
I have been taking my two Golden Retrievers here for a while. I've tried other groomers, and keep coming back to Pretty Pets because they usually do a great job. I understand there are different groomers and not every visit is the same. On my last visit, my girls got a new groomer that didn't get the job done correctly. Marilyn was very concerned, apologized, and re-groomed our girls for free. Thank you! I will continue to go here, as they have always been friendly and courteous. They also have an area where the dogs can roam around a bit, instead of sticking them in a cage. This is less stressful for our girls.
