Excellent customer service! I brought my dog here for grooming and the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. I will continue to go here for grooming and any advice i may have as well as purchasing food and toys for my fur baby!
I recently took my dog to get groomed here. They did an awesome job! I believe the lady that groomed our dog was named Jessica. She did a great job and did exactly what we asked . They have reasonable prices and friendly staff. They have a great selection of dog food and treats. They have a big variety to choose from. All natural and healthy products. They also have stuff for cats too.
We have been coming here for years and they remember our dogs named every time we walk in. Our dog has stomach issues and he cannot have grain in his food. I went to go buy some food and grabbed the food that was not grain-free (don't tell my wife lol).At the counter the lady said just to let you know this is not grain-free. This is the kind of service people wish they could have. They remember you and I feel that they truly care about your animal. I have never had a bad experience and I bet I never will.
Rene does wonders! She is the only groomer that has been able to keep my dog turbo calm while he is being groomed. They have great prices and great staff. All of the people up front are super helpful. The treat, food, and toy section is amazing with great prices! All my dogs love the wimmzies and the are one of the only places I can find them sold individually. Give this places try!
Had my Mini Schnauzer groomed first time at this locale. Let me say first I am very picky about my animals, and groomer Renee did not disappoint. She was thoughtful and loving to my little one. We will be utilizing her caring services from now on. I might mention we drove over 30 miles to go there and was not disappointed. Excellent service!
