Not ONLY is the facility immaculate, the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I've rented several spaces at different times and always had a great experience. I know other people who rent there and they agree that they also have had an excellent experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Prior to finding this company, I did use several other storage facilities and didn't have good things to report.
Unit leaked real bad.
Absolutely wonderful to do business with!! I would not go anywhere else! I feel completely confident that my items are safe and sound with them and everything I own is in storage at their facility right now! I really have lost some sleep at another storage facility worrying about whether not my stuff would be safe or not but I feel very good about my belongings being kept here!! the staff is super friendly and helpful and courteous. I currently have three of their largest units rented and have had my stuff there almost a year and have not experienced any problems at all! Also, if you are military be sure and let them know because they offer an unbelievably generous discount for AD!
Friendly staff, clean lockers
The staff is kind and full of grace. I hit some hard times and got behind on my storage rent. I think any place else would have auctioned my cherished art collection, but with good communication they worked with me. I am truly grateful, and my collection is finally coming home. Note to long term renters there: this is likely true at any ABQ storage place, but things are going to get crazy dusty. It's a good idea to buy a box of contractors garbage bags (big and thick) and wrap everything up.
