Stay AWAY from these guys. They will pad your bill, charge you for hours they weren't there and sit on their butt while charging you. Fortunately, only three things were broken or damaged - but we were only moving a few miles.
The service is amazing and the crews are very nice and professional.
We made an appointment for an estimator to come to our house at 5:00 pm. He never showed up and we did not get a phone call to let us know. We called the office in the morning to cancel, will not do business with these people because of the lack of consideration.
The only complaint I have is that it took them a few days to get my stuff to my apartment after they received my crates from the trucking company. Otherwise they were great. The crew was very quick and efficient at unloading my stuff and organizing it in my house. They worked late that day to make sure everything was satisfactory. The crew chief was also kind enough to point out to me multiple items that had been damaged by the company that loaded my stuff prior to being shipped. He said he didn't want to hide anything to cover for his or the partner company. I appreciated his honesty and have since made the appropriate insurance claim.
This company did their best to get my belongings to me as quickly as possible, despite hang ups with other parties. On moving day, only two men showed up due to the busy season. They worked tirelessly to unload and unwrap my belongings. The communication was great, and they took great care to ensure my satisfaction.
Based on my experience with the packing company I'll likely never use a moving company again, but these guys were indeed the best part of the whole process.
