Jess was very professional and personable in assisting me in renting one of the units on his property. Very detail oriented. Being new to Albuquerque, Jess took time in educating me on the numerous things to do here. He didn't have to do so but he did. That's excellent business, the kind that makes it a joy working with him. I think he's and excellent property manager. I met Nicky who was as absolute delight and mist helpful.
Very secure. Thoughful staff. Clean facility. Prices could be a little better, look for specials.

The last year has been very rough for me and my family. It's gotten better but it was very hectic for a minute there. I literally want to thank the manager from the central location for his awesome customer service as well as his beautiful heart. I literally don't know where I'd be if it wasn't for his being such an understanding person. You don't find too many people know a days that have a good heart and soul but luckily I rented a storage at the right place. I could only imagine the many stories they hear but thank god he gave me the chance and opportunity to keep my families belongings. The world would be such a better place if there were more people like Jess around. Very professional, awesome customer service, understanding, caring, compassionate, and bottom line about the best storage facility managed by the perfect person.
After finding out my new apt. Wasn't ready to move into until 6 more days and we HAD to be out of the old one, cubesmart saved the day for us. Our original plan was to store everything at the Gibson location due to them having a truck that clients can use to move. Gibson didn't have the size we needed, so Grace was able to locate a unit we needed at the Central location. Jess was friendly and honored the price quote I was given. We can still use the truck from the Gibson location. I wish that there were storage locations that offered on a weekly basis. It's unfortunate to have to spend over $100 for only 6 days of use!
