The staff has been helpful from the very beginning.
You never know what someone is going through and this past year has been the roughest. I was back and forth to the storage that I was renting often ..I also lost keys , locked keys and even threw the storage keys away..No matter how hot it was in the middle of July I would walk in and Troy would always be so welcoming. I'm sure the third time that he had to drill my storage he was ready to evict me. I would have wanted to if I were him. You can never tell if he did or not because he was always so friendly. He even brought me and a friend some water when he did all the work. I appreciate it and thank you Troy for being so kind.

I had a very good experience renting a storage unit at this Central Ave. location. It is very close to where I am living and well maintained. Troy, the facility Manager was friendly, courteous and provided exceptional customer service. He made the process go very smooth after I realized the original unit I had reserved would not be large enough for my needs. Everything was fully explained to me and I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. My grandson and his friend drive and unloaded the big rental truck which was good, because of the close space of the corners I might have had trouble.
He is very personable and has been patient with me as I was selling my camper.
The gentleman who manages the place was super helpful, very friendly and went out of his way to ensure we got setup with storage and later quickly closed our account when we were done with it.
I plan to purchase another camper in the next few months and will definitely use the Central Avenue location of Extra Space Storage.
