I love PODS, they take the hassle out of moving and have always provided excellent customer service whether in person or on the phone. Some people have commented they are more expensive than traditional moving companies and storage facilities. While that may be true in some cases, I think they are well worth the money, especially if you are moving from state to state or are between residences and need someplace to store your things without having to unpack and repack. Highly recommended!
I spoke to the representative, set up an appointment for drop off and a few years later set up an appointment for pick-up. The employees were awesome and on time!!!! I would refer them to my friends....Thank you....Pods!!!!
Extremely convenient for packing in a hurry. Realized we needed additional room, so I notified PODS and they were extremely helpful. They were able to get an additional POD to me within 2 hours! Awesome service in Albuquerque, New Mexico!
I got an estimate from them and another place. The estimates and reviews from customers were similar. PODs however was not clear about how they will charge your card 5 business days ahead of when their PODs even arrive for loading if it's a long distance move. Very unpleasant surprise to find a 500 USD charge on my checking account for a service that hadn't even taken place--particularly when their customer rep I spoke with setting this service up explained I could cancel up 24 hours before the PODs arrived. Misleading and unprofessional in my opinion. I'm going with company that charges the same and that is more upfront about how their billing process works.
My experience with PODS was heaven-sent. Everything went exactly as it was explained to me, the price was just as they said, no hidden fees! They were prompt, courteous, and careful. The process was so simple and easy, anyone looking for a great moving/storage solution, GO PODS!
