The delivery person, was rude, had zero customer service skills whatsoever. DO NOT USE this company!!!!!!
This company is very unprofessional and does not treat there customers with respect but treats them with minimal desency. They will lie and won't take your side of any problems. Never use Moving Solutions, you will be disappointed.
Absolutely worst service. This company is so sloppy and unorganized. I ordered a couch and payed for a 2 week delivery, and didn't receive my couch for one month. They wrong color of couch was given to me and when they scheduled the second move, they never came. I ordered a bed from IKEA, and when it got my my house, I noticed they had chipped a huge chunk of wood off. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Horrible. Scheduled a delivery for a time window that we would be in town for a week. Didn't hear from the until the day after our requested delivery date (even though it had been in their warehouse for a week) and then they scheduled a date and 2 hour time window of 4-6pm. They then called at 2pm and left a message saying they would be there early and were on the way to the house right then. Didn't there message until 3pm and rushed home. They must have come early and decided not to come back during their actual scheduled time because they never showed between 3-7pm and wouldn't answer the phone they called me from. Had to call the next Monday morning to reschedule a new delivery and they didn't have anything until a week after our original date. Here is hoping they actually show up this time..
Purchased over $1200 worth of IKEA items and made a delivery date for 3/11 they called me at 10 am on 3/11 to tell me they were running late on their deliveries and weren't able to come until Sunday from 2-4. At 12:30 pm on 3/12 while at church I received a phone call that they were early and needed to deliver my items now. I text the number of the delivery man back James Salgado and he responded that his boss did not want him "sitting around for two hours" and asked if they could leave it on the porch. I responded no as it was a very expensive order and he responded that I would need to reschedule with the office Monday 3/13 from 8-5. Being an APS teacher and coach I am not available those hours which is why we scheduled for the weekend. We left church early (1:10 pm) and called James back only to be told that he was already back at the warehouse and he could not deliver today. After trying to explain to him our time was 2-4 and we would be home by 1:30 he said no sorry you said different earlier. When I became upset he hung up on me, when I called back he was extremely rude, would not give me any number besides the warehouse that was closed, and refused to answer again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. IKEA will return your delivery fee money but I hope to save other people from this mess and make sure IKEA considers using another business since these are the people representing them.
