Major Negatives: Overcharged me and refused to issue refund of overcharge. Even when provided with written document of charges and they acknowledged the overcharge in writing. Made several attempts to contact via text, voicemail and email. No response. Severely damaged several pieces of furniture - scrapes, scratches and dents that are irreparable. Supervisor "forgot" to leave the key at my apartment upon finishing, told me he would leave it there the next morning and "forgot", told me he would leave it with apartment office immediately upon his return and "forgot". No response. This left me with key charges with the apartment complex. Local NM movers were incredibly rude and ignored questions, requests or recommendations. Owner avoided me - as indicated by not responding to my contact but quickly answering the phone when contacting from another line or when boyfriend contacted them. One positive: Flexible in scheduling quickly.
What a nightmare. They confirmed to help me move. When moving day came they never showed up and ignored all my calls. My dad tried calling Adam and he answered. When my dad asked if he was planning on moving me out, Adam immediately got off the phone with him. It was horrible, I had to ask some friends to help me move all my things so last minute, it was such a miserable scramble to make sure I got out in time. Moving already sucks enough, if you want to run the risk of being screwed over and ghosted on moving day, these are your guys for sure. I strongly suggest not using their sketchy service.
I want to Thank Adam and his crew from Midnight movers for helping my Family and I move. The guys arrived at 9 am sharp and ready to move. They work hard all day to make sure all our belongings made it safe to our new home. I could not have had a better experience durning our move. I will recommend Midnight Movers to everybody I know who will be moving.
This is the third time I've hired Midnite Movers and each time they do a professional job. Today they moved some furniture out of our 2nd story apartment to our home and put the furniture on the 2nd floor of our home. They came in and did the job in 45 minutes. They dinged up a wall and were so concerned about it, but when we went to go look it was super tiny and we have touch up paint that will easily fix it. I'm so happy they were honest. I would 100% recommend them!!!
This company is sublime! My girlfriend and I had to find movers over the weekend! (We couldn't stand staying another night in our roach-infested apartment.) It's seemed as if all the moving services were not available until the following week (due to new years and it being the weekend and what not.). But 'Midnight Movers' responded to our crisis, they said they could come the following day! I'll admit: we were sceptical at first. But they proved to be diligent and efficient. They moved everything to our lovely new apartment in less than two hours! They acted professional and attentive with all of our demands. They literally risked their lives to transport our furniture and possessions safely to our new home! Thank you so much Midnight Movers! You guys are phenomenal, thanks so much for all you do!
