I would rate this facility with a ZERO if I could. They are constantly changing my boyfriend's prescription and they went from filling it monthly, to filling it weekly. Not only is that a huge inconvenience to have to drive across town to get the prescription weekly, but the last we went, he was told there were no appointments for him to be seen for 2 months. How do you let a patient with a debilitating illness go without their medication for that long? We have been calling for going on a month now, and we are always transferred to a voicemail. We have only received 2 call backs and they both came outside of the window we were told, so we missed both calls. We have called back immediately, only to get transferred to a voicemail again. Quadra referred my boyfriend to physical therapy at another facility and that facility is now trying to contact Quadra so they can fill out the proper paperwork for the insurance company to get paid, and surprise, nobody from Quadra will contact them back either. This facility is highly unprofessional. Their hours are listed as 8-4 on Fridays, and my boyfriend went to the building to speak to someone face to face and their doors are locked. One girl at their answering service stated that they are open today and the doors should be unlocked, but when I called back and spoke to someone else, I was told that they close at noon on Fridays. How is it that I get two totally different answers from the same company? It is impossible to get a hold of anyone and it is beyond frustrating.

Good luck trying to get in a timely manner. When you are there, they're always running a hour late trying to rush you back out. Waste of time!

Initinally I was referred by another pain clinic to Quadra for PT. Someone contacted me right away to schedule the first appointment and was very pleasant on the phone. When I showed up to my first session I had to wait at the reception desk for 10 minutes before anyone asked what I needed. After handing over my driver license and insurance ID cards I was automatically told the secondary was not accepted at their clinic. I had been confused because I was told numerous times by the referring clinic and by the phone representative that they did accept both. The lady also had given me intake forms to sign and said not to worry about my secondary. I was worried because I did not want to end up with a bill in the mail for copays that added up or any other things they billed for. Greg is a great therapist very knowledgable and easygoing. Unfortunately, after my first session I ended up sick in the hospital and completely forgot about my PT. When I got out of the hospital I had remembered to call them and explain my reasons for not showing up and asked what I needed to do to be seen again. The woman named Kathy was so rude on the phone. Did not ask if I was fine nor demonstrated any compassion. She immediately resorted that they have a strict no show policy that results in discharge of treatments and that I would need to ask my pain specialist to consider sending me elsewhere. I explained to her that I understand their are specific rules and that I was in no way trying to deviate from that or challenege it. She stated that there was nothing else they can do for me and hung up the phone. I don't understand why people go into the medical field that requires a special skill to interact with people that are sick. It's bad enough we are sick and then to be treated badly and spoken down to like we don't matter is just not right. I worked in the medical field with direct patient care and an attitude like that would have never been tolerated as a form of correction action would have been enforced on the employee. Seems like now it's okay for them to treat the patients badly and use their ridiculous contracts listed with bogus policies used as a threat to discharge you if it is breached. Do not go to clinic clinic and avoid it at all costs.

NEVER had a problem,, EXCEPT when u need too pick up your phone,, (During business hours) NOt many places accept my insurance ,,,, SO no problems except phone always Respectfull and good ,, DOC Ái's very Good ,,, that does test befor prescribe meds , I like too see this. ----- I hate too see a doc that does not proper testing befor prescribe ,,,,, for health issues,,

I had my first PT session with Greg last week. It was excellent. Greg gave my knee the most thorough exam I’ve ever had, and that’s after I’ve had this injury for 35 years and 2 ACL replacement surgeries. I highly recommend Quadra PT.
