The hospital staff were great to our brother. He was brought in after he collapsed at work and was there almost a month before he passed. The nurses and doctors and other staff, were just great. The operators, when we would call, were always polite to us, no matter what time of the day or night we called.
Okay everybody for all of you who don't believe in angels you obviously haven't been to Presbyterian Hospital Ashleigh and Emilio are Saints Sent From Heaven these two nurses go above and beyond professionalism they actually have a heart and they actually care about the patience I have never been treated or pampered in such a way that made me want to write a review on how professional these two are. It's rare finding someone worth bragging about this hospital is lucky to have them on their staff words don't describe how kind of a heart these two nurses have... I'm not saying the rest of the staff doesn't but these two went above and beyond what they needed to and they deserve recognition. Thank you so much you too my heart goes out to you too. You guys made me feel like family even when I was at lowest ❤❤❤❤❤ to anyone who's lucky enough to have them as your nurse if you treat them with respect they will treat you like family. Best staff ever
Waited 7 hours, very rude staff, guy with facial hair in some blue scrubs was very rude to a Spanish speaking woman who was only asking how many people were ahead of her. ( 11-7-17) dude seriously needs to chill or get lectured. I understand that the ER is a stressful work place but staff fails to keep composure and professionalism. EMT and Security were very well trained and were even more caring towards patients than staff.
I was admitted while visiting the state. The ER staff was phonominal. The nursing staff goes on above and beyond! Being admitted to a hospital in another state is very stressful. However, I fully trust this hospital and their staff. This helped me be able to focus solely on recovering. Today I received a follow up call asking about my progress. A hospital with heart!
Staff was very nice and polite. Bit's of trash on the floor in hallway. Men's bathroom near entrance was discussting. Floor had urine from people missing the urinal and water on floor. Trash cans we're full.
