I scheduled an appt over the phone. They were very polite and easy to talk to. My appt went well and everyone was nice. Pretty quiet in the waiting room. No complaints.
Staff is pretty rude and they NEVER answer the phone if it's the weekend or close to it. But not too bad of pricing.
If you tell me I can fill my prescription on Thursday and I show up on Monday to pick it up (using my entire lunch break to drive there, btw) and it's not ready, you should let me know that ahead of time. She said that there hasn't been a provider there since Wednesday, so why am I here? I appreciate the services of Planned Parenthood, but if I can't get my prescription, it doesn't work.
Decided to call me 20 minutes before my appointment, when I was in the parking lot about to head inside to tell me my doctor called in sick and they couldn't help me today. Then didn't have another appointment open for another two weeks. When I said I'd call back in a minute so I could check my schedule, no one answered the phone the three times I tried. Overall a really crappy first impression. Plus it's on a very sketchy area, kind of difficult to find.
Don’t ever answer the phone. Have called multiple times throughout this last week with no answer whatsoever.
