I took my jogging stroller to this shop, and it was excellent! There was even a sweet dog that greeted us, and gave us some loves. I recommend this shop to anyone that owns a jogging stroller with regular bike style tires.

I went in a couple weeks ago for bike shorts and didn't find a huge selection, but did find great customer service. I plan on taking the bikes to them for fall tune-ups.

Prior to this I took my bike in for a quick derailleur adjustment and paid for the service, yet the bike didn't shift. Horrible service.

The only reason I bought my bike was Derek is an amazing salesman and person as well as a rider. They fired Derek. Makes sense, trash place can only have trash employees.

I went in looking around at bikes at the Paseo location like any normal bike lover does on weekends after a ride. Was greeted by a weird dude with a shaved head. He asked if I needed any help and I said no I'm just looking around and seeing if they have any deals yet. He pointed me to a 400 dollar hardtail. I bought a bike 160 travel full suspension a few months prior and race enduros on it. I explained I am looking for Specialized Enduros on discount and just killing time. He told me I don't need more than 120MM of travel on the camber and pointed me to a bottom of the line Camber. I told him I was ok and walked away but yet he still followed me... I told him I'm just looking and he said "we are between seasons and riding styles are changing". I asked about how riding styles are changing because at this point it was comical. He said everything is going road/mountain hybrid. I laughed and called him an idiot. I walked out and won't return.

They replaced my flat inner tube with a thick tube for the trails around here, and I haven't had any issues with that tire since. The cost was well worth the trip, and I am actually planning on going back to have my other tires fixed.

Great bike shop staffed with friendly and knowledgeable bike experts. I visit a friend in Albuquerque a few times each year, and we always take the bikes here for tuneups and miscellaneous supplies. Stellar service! This location is bike-path accessible, so it's good to know about if you get a flat or your chain breaks.

Always going the extra mile to make every experience the best possible one. Would recommend High Desert to everywhere. Always honest giving you the most honest advice for your needs. Super!
