I remember coming to this store a few years ago with my twin brother not really paying much attention to what was going on as I was not to interested in bikes but when I came back to the store I remembered this was the one my brother had taken me a few years back. I'm glad I stumbled in. The people here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying two bikes and even though I don't know much about bikes I know the people working here will help me with any questions I might have. It's a big relief knowing that since I bought a bike from this store I have free tune ups on my bike for life.
I have bought several bikes from Fat Tire. I bought a cup holder for a cruiser that is designed to hold a Starbucks perfectly. Since I do not drink coffee I searched for something else. A Negra Modela bottle fits just right. To make sure ongoing verification and field testing is in progress.
We purchased two trick bikes at Fat Tire Cycles as Christmas gifts for our boys in 2015. A couple of days ago one of the bikes was stolen. The bike showed up on Offer Up for sale. Since we bought the bikes more than a year and a half ago, we could not locate our receipt to provide proof of purchase to the authorities, as we wanted to try and retrieve the bike. The staff at Fat Tire Cycles found our purchase record after some time and effort on their part, and were able to provide us with our proof of purchase as well as the serial numbers to both bicycles. With that info we were able to retrieve our son's bike! Thank you so much to the staff at Fat Tire Cycles! Not only do they sell high quality products, the staff are high quality as well! I know we will be lifetime customers. Don't hesitate to buy anything from these guys...Five stars all the way!.
