I enjoy visiting Vintage Market and really like their chalk paints and brushes. Their video tutorials on their website also help when working on projects at home!
I have shopped here many times over the last couple years and always enjoyed being here until today. I was treated very rudely by staff including one who I believe to be the owner. After asking Paula if a container was able to be switched out she said no. I then went through the containers to find the one that I seemed to have had the most product in it and was accused by her that I did what she asked me not to do. Needless to say I was very annoyed By her accusation .After bringing this up to who I believe was the owner nothing was said to her and when I left the owner made sure to tell me that nothing could be returned that was on sale which had previously not been told to me by something I bought on sale, and as I was leaving the door he raised his voice and said did you hear me very rudely . Needless to say my visits there will no longer happen .
Stopped in on a whim. Bought some wonderful bird prints and was inspired to make some decor changes at home. Great store to find unique decor and knick knacks for the interior and exterior! Be prepared to pay extra - the prices are high. Definitely worth visiting!
Customer service is definitely not their specialty. I placed an order on 8/20. Received a generic email confirming my order. There wasn't even any contact info in the email. It's 9/13 & still no order. I called & was told that it was on backorder & they have no estimated date of when they will receive it to ship it to me & if I want more info I would have to go the website & look my order up because sge couldn't give me any info in the store. I went to the website to look up my order & it said my order wasn't found. I put my info in 3 times just to make sure I did it right & still not found. I called the store back & a man answered the phone. I asked him about my order & he did the same as me, but the order came up right away. He proceeds to tell me I must've entered it wrong. I explained what I did & asked about my orders estimated ship date. He said he doesn't have one. What? I asked him does he know if it will be weeks, months or when? I have never heard of a company not having an estimated date? He got very upset & very rudely says it happens all the time, he can't give me a date or estimate. I told him that he was rude & I just wanted to know about my order. He pretty much lost it & said he'll cancel my order & goodbye. He then hung up on me!!!! I was shocked! Great customer service, right?! I called right back & the same guy answered so I asked for his supervisor, he said I am the owner & proceeded to tell me I had called several times (I called once before) asking the same thing & not happy with the answer so he'll cancel my order goodbye!! He wouldn't even let me speak, he kept talking over me. Wow!!! Unbelievable experience! I don't even know how he still has a business! I would not waste my time with such rudeness!!! A simple explanation in a calm manner would have been sufficient. Wow!!
Super nice staff. Amazing inventory + shabby chic inspiration galore. Love the little coffee room they have available. Would highly recommend for small one of a kind birthday + holiday gifts.
