The two delivery guys were Great. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. They answered all my questions. They took my old bed out and showed me how to use my new adjustable bed. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their service.
I have never had a bad experience here until recently. They have an amazing selection but the salesman was terrible. He didn't seem to know what he was talking about and kept looking up prices from Home Depot on his phone, and sometimes the prices were higher than what they advertised. He gave us a quote with items that we had not wanted. We ended up going somewhere else to buy all new kitchen appliances.
They have fair prices and a good stock. Also they do have some unique products that separate them from the competition.
I have always wanted to like this place and to buy my appliances here, as it is local and seems to really support its workers and the community. Sadly, I've never got the best price nor the item I've been after here.

We recently purchased some furniture from Baillio's and had it all delivered this past weekend. The delivery guys Jason and Jeremy were GREAT! They called us first thing in the morning to give us a window of time for our delivery, and we're well within the timeframe given. They were both courteous and friendly, and helped us with a loose handle on our tv stand. We're careful with doors, walls and our wooden floors.
