These guys charged me $6000 to come out do a mediocre job and leave a complete mess at my house. When I called to complained they insisted everything they broke was already broken when I got there. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

I decided to go with Otero and Sons roofing because literally everyone in my family had used them and spoke very highly of them. My uncle even had them replace the roof on his commercial apartment building. I'm so glad that I took my family's advice because these gentlemen did tremendous work! I would recommend them to everyone. I even have solar panels on my roof and a very heavy master cool evaporative cooler, and they took tremendous care with both items. And the icing on the cake was the fact that their estimate came in below for other competitors.
I call this company 2 days ago about having someone come out and look at my roof which we have a roof leak, our roof is under warranty I talked to Amanda who said she would have the warranty dept get hold of me. So here it is the 4th day I call the office to find out why we haven't heard from anyone, I wAs trying to explain to Amanda my problem and she hung up on me twice very unprofessional now I see why they have a 2 star review it should be 1 star if I could give them something lower I would.
These guys did a great job! The were polite, professional, fast and on time! I was surprised at the cost of repairing my entire roof. I was expecting to pay much more. I cannot recommend Otero and Sons Roofing more highly.
Strike three, you’re out! Inept business people
Lawrence Otero came out and gave me an acceptable bid to re-roof my home. I needed a couple of simple questions answered before I gave them the contract. I called their office three different times over the span of a week. Each time I was told that Lawrence would return my call. It never happened. Why even bother to provide a quote if you can’t return a phone call?
