The employees at the front desk are not trained, they are understaffed, and rude. Scheduled me for the wrong treatment, I corrected that, then later, decided to cancel, called and spoke w/recep and was told OK..nothing happened ..finally after 3 attempts, have rec'd credit. Should have listened to my intuition when it flashed "DISORGANIZED...." The phones are constantly on message, old messages from XMAS are still on.. no professionalism.
