Diane was such a doll. She was very thorough, and explained everything so I had no questions to ask before or felt left in the dark. Her place is too cute and the atmosphere is so create and happy. The staff is happy and chat with you like everyone's friends. They even called to check on me to make sure I was feeling alright the next day. They really care about your wellbeing and not just get them in and out type of place. I was referred her by another nurse and I'm happy I found Diversions. Sweet & quaint. Not some snooty, lying, tell you what you want to hear just to get your money and tell you need all sorts of things done that are truly unnecessary. Diane was so honest with me and she has gained my upmost respect.
First I was so skeptical but when I saw her I was totally fine with the fact that I'm going the inject some fillers .
I recently moved here and was looking for a local physician for my botox treatments. This "spa" has an amateur charading as a professional. If you want droopy eyelids, Spock eyebrows and a fully functioning glabella (post injections) this is your gal. I had an extremely unpleasant experience, and the LPN never even looked at my chart prior to emailing me back. She got the dates completely wrong, (Why not - she already had my money) and the receptionist never called me back with answers to my questions regarding Brilliant Distinction promotion points. This place is more like the guinea pig salon. Only trust a professionally trained doctor with your face, NOT this pediatric LPN. P.S. Her January email promo just came out with dates for LAST May. Make a reservation in the past! What a gimmick! NO attention to detail. That speaks volumes.
