I don't know what's going on here. I used to see this great midwife over when the office was on San Mateo and Zuni. She was caring and efficient and I felt like she really took my health seriously. Now that they moved I have some other doctor who doesn't seem the least bit concerned with my previous miscarriages (3). She also sent me to have an ultrasound all the way on the other side of the city because she didn't personally like the one I have aleays gone to. In addition, when I called to reschedule an appointment, the receptionist was rather rude and informed me that she could not accomodate my schedule at all and that my only option was on Wednesday at 2:45. I'm not going here anymore.
They were very understanding and really nice!!
I was taken care of so well here with the entire staff before, during, and after my hysterectomy. It was a very hard decision to make and hard to go through. Thank you so much Dr. Gonzalles-Allen, Dr. Lubkutchner, nurses, surgical staff, surgical recovery team, and office staff. You guys made it a good experience out of a misery. Now I can move forward and put it all behind and live a normal life. THANK YOU and I love you all!!
Dr. Kelly Stewart is amazing
Loved my ob/gyn when I used to see her at the Northside clinic then she switched to the downtown office & I was so hassled trying to get an appt, even when I had a minor emergency this past Dec. Then found out my doc left this practice all together recently. Once again having problems & between a new doc & one of their np's I can't get an appt til the second week of Sept! Unless you're pregnant or hemorrhaging...good luck getting an appt. that isn't a month out!
