NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!! They had a "doctor" see me who is 78 YEARS -OLD..... (yes almost 80!!!!) .... and he BADLY INJURED MY EAR!!!!! His name is Matteucci. He did something that should never have been done at all, even he admitted it served no purpose whatsoever, but he did it anyway. He kept jabbing and jabbing and poking and scraping a sharp stick in my ear (!!!!) and it really injured my ear!!! I went in with a very mild case of tinnitus, and due to his actions it was made exponentially worse. Everything has been just miserable since I saw this terrible 78-yr-old quack. I complained to the "office manager" Cynthia (whom other people have also complained about here) but unfortunately she truly is dumber than dirt and completely clueless, so I asked to speak to the managing partner. That was Dr. Horn, and what a completely unprofessional nut-job he turned out to be. He asked me what happened, but when I began explaining what had happened he just broke in with belligerent yelling. He actually yelled "I really think you have a brain tumor!!!" Yes, he really did that. FYI, he has never laid eyes on me nor have I ever had an MRI. So he had absolutely no basis for saying (yelling!) that other than his own insanity and unstable personality. Also, Matteucci was just nasty the whole time I was with him, very sadistic w a "misery loves company" attitude.
Seem to have the same complaint as others. I spoke with the office manager and I am scheduled for a 4pm with check in 3 45 If I'm not there exactly at 3 45 they will not see my child. I tried to explain that to her and nope clearly if not there at 3 45 not seeing my child. Asked to speak to someone higher nope I have to go to her ask to speak to doctor nope I have to go through her. Yeah believe someone will hear my concern other then Cynthia. I could see if I'm past 4 and I called and explained I will take this matter further. This is not ok to get reviews like this and nothing is being done. This is a business you would think customer satisfaction would be a concern.
Got rescueduled for a month later because i was 5 minutes late, desk staff were unhelpful

Anyway, they only have two "doctors" there and they are both just awful. This place is a TOTAL DISASTER from top to bottom. Do not EVER let anyone you care about go there.
Dr Horn is excellent, has the perfect temperament to work with special needs adults and children. Staff at friendly. Shares an office with Audiology Associates.
Not impressed at all. They sent me for tests and there was some disconnect. Waited two weeks. The test was not set up, nor was there any follow up after the tests had been done. I had to call and call to get anything done.
