Yikes! Based on my experience I'd say skip altogether. When I reached out multiple times via email - clearly noted on the website, I received no reply. After days went by I phoned. OH - they don't do spa treatments anymore!! WTF. Then why don't you remove the listings on the website? When people are this rude and flakey about a spa treatment, I wouldn't let them touch any other part of me...let alone cosmetic surgery.
