Only gave one star so I can post, this place is rediculous. The management staff keep changing, and they don't even do their job, I moved in couple years ago and changed everything to my name but yet the management didn't put my paperwork in the database, so here I am again filling out the paperwork just for them to loose it all again. The maintenance people are a big joke don't do anything but drive around on the golf cart. There are alot of loose dogs, but yet they don't do a thing about it. This place is not worth living in, outrageous rent for such a small space, and in order to move my trailer they r asking for twice the rent to move it which tells me they are just money hungry. Wouldn't recommend
Asked for old ancors and tie downs to be removed...never done WE HAD TO DO IT NOT EASY!!! Not happy was WT matienace responsibility.
If there can be a lower than one star this is it! I can't stress how corrupt and discussing this place is worse than living hell! The first week there expect to get robbed , no security, you never own your trailer! A complete scam !
My only concern is having one entrance in and out of the place cause they have the other side locked up with a chain and lock. What if there is a fire and people can't get out or the fire truck cant get in because they have the gates locked. Did they think of that? I shouldn't have to wait in a long line just to leave the park. Not happy! They need to rethink what they are doing....
