Nice and secluded location.
Loved my home unfortunately it didn't work out for me but you will never have a landlord like John. He is very professional, helpful, considerate and easy to talk to. He gives more chances than a tenant deserves and will find any way to help you to keep your home. He does ask to much for his homes on the rent to own but that's about it. The ants are ridiculous though aww man there so bad. Worse than I've ever seen but the price and the leniency I've been given is well worth it.
Called the number listed to see if they could help me. Man who answered talked to me like I was stupid and gave me another number to call which was a wrong number. Just rude.
John was very professional and knowledgeable. The terms were clear and affordable. I appreciate the honest Maner with the company.
Great location close to Central or the Freeway! I would recommend purchasing from Neal or John great people! They are professional and polite Neal has helped my family out tremendously nothing but respect and admiration for the family run business!!!!
