This is clearly the nicest mobile home park in Albuquerque and perhaps all of New Mexico. Single wides dominate the landscape with a fair number of double wides as well. Many or most of the homes have lovely landscaping & take pride in their appearance. The park offers amenities such as three well-maintained swimming pools, a tennis court, small grass parks, and 3 clubhouses for the tenants to use & enjoy. The park is well maintained with emphasis on cleanliness & safety. Owners of homes, as well as renters, are expected to maintain their individual lots in a neat & orderly manner giving the entire park a nice appearance like you'd see in any modest suburb. For all of this, of course, you're going to pay more in lot rental than you might at most other parks where the standards are not as high. Personally, my husband & I find this life-style preferable to apartment rental, or town home dwelling where you have little to no space for a garden or little yard, or in many cases, to own a pet. Here each home has a fenced yard and pet(s) are permitted. We love the location with its great view of the East Mountains and minutes by car from all the major shopping spots. We are also happy with the park being surrounded by nice sidewalks and bike paths. There are a few critical reviews that remark on problems that really are not problems. For example one person grouses about garbage removal. What?? We have an in-park reliable trash removal 2x a week! And there are NO boarded up homes. Our management does a nice job & is available to hear your concerns. Crime is not the fault of the park, it's a part of living in Albuquerque, unfortunately. The park does take this matter seriously and is providing information on how to live more safely and prevent becoming a victim of property break ins and theft.
Enjoy living here. The 3 parks, 3 playgrounds, 3 pools & 3 clubhouses are great. VERY family oriented. In fact several family members live here. The maintenance guys are great! Very knowledgeable & friendly! Come see the best mobilehome park in ABQ!

We had an attempted break-in in the middle of the afternoon! If it wasn't for the metal frame they would have. They pryed above and below the deadbolt and they could not get in. ALL THAT NOISE AND NO ONE HEARD ANYTHING!

I grew up here. My parents still live there. Good for families with the parks and pools.
Security is, 1 man in a Ford Excursion going so fast that he's obviously not paying attention!
You would be wrong in assuming the rent hikes we have been charged would go to a more vigilant security force!
