Security gate sucks
Clean, well kept, safe and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of friends who live here.
Just finding out just a few weeks ago from being with a friend applying for a spot at the park, that if your good friends with the current manager she will allow felons to live on the park property. i found this out over hearing a conversation between the renter and manager. And this is a violent felon. I would give out the address were the felon is living without being on the rental lease for the other park renters safety. but i don't believe its legal or i will find out if it is. So i would not advise anyone renting a space from this park unless you trust the shady management letting violent felons living in the park. i believe in safety and honesty, but what i observed with the office management there's none.
