Unable to enter thru gates without a card (no codes given to residents to open security gates). Lots are expensive and they charge extra for access to the park, swimming pool and weight room.
IF it wasn't for my contract i would be long gone... The office staff Is rude , the security is litterly garbage! I got my bumper stolen from right in front of my trailer and called security and the office and they said to call the police they couldn't do anything... Then a few weeks after ,they threthened to town my vehicle because it dint look ready! And unattended?! Like yes because not everyone can afford a bumper and a grill right then and there... I also tried taking my nephews to the pool on a Tuesday because they don't open on Monday ,they made us wait 4 hours to get in because they decided to clean it in the middle of the day! They had all Monday to do that , this place is over priced for the lack of security pool use and even for being gated! Half the time the gate is wide open at 2am
