This company has a huge problem with punctuality. We've been using them for years and have no idea why we kept thinking it would be different next time. They would say they'd be there at 12 and we'd call at 2 and they'd say 4 and we'd call at 6. Finally the receptionist actually got mad at us for calling and yelled at us and then hung up on us!! Can you believe that?!! They have absolutely no consideration for us or our time. We have jobs and schedules too. We used this company no less than 4 times and it is the exact same story every single time. You never know if they'll show up or not. They do fine work. The plumbing is great, the prices are reasonable, but we will never spend another day waiting for a plumber who never comes.
Dependable,great prices,and quality work never had any issues with this company being on time I recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services.
