I had a slow underground leak in an old watering system I had not been using and wasn't aware of it until the city water company notified me. I called Melvin immediately because he had helped me in the past with several plumbing problems and I trust his company. Melvin sent Kerby put to my house within a couple of hours and Kerby did an full and efficient investigation, found actually 2 leaks and used to most cost efficient ways to stop both of them. Both Melvin and Kerby are helpful and kind and I would recommend this company to anyone in need of good, efficient and cost effective service.

I called Kerby at approximately 2:00 p.m. hoping he would be willing and able to come fix a pretty large leak of my exterior water spout that is connected to my swamp cooler. Temps were over 100 degrees on this day! Kerby was able to come to my home at 4:45 and had the leak repaired by 5:15 p.m. He was very friendly and showed me the problem and I really appreciate him fixing the leak the same day. I would have been VERY miserable if he had not been there!!
I had a serious faucet valve problem with my hot water in my bathroom sink. Amazingly, I was able to get someone out to fix it the same day, although I did not expect to be so fortunate. Kerby arrived on time, was extremely professional and competent. It was a good thing I did not try to make this "simple" fix myself. It was more complicated than I would have been capable of doing but the several issues were quickly recognized and fixed. Kerby was very pleasant to work with and I noticed he even cleaned two very minor shoe scuff marks on the tile floor that he pointed out and I said I would clean. Great service and I am scheduling them to do semi-annual maintenance on my refrigerated air and heating systems.
