Got quotes from three companies for replacement cooling systems. Honestly they were all about the same. B. Carson's Mario didn't just give me a quote, he made sure to understand all I wanted. B. Carlson's David and Mark installed the Aerocool units even into the rain until close lightning strikes. David came out the next day and stayed late to get it all right. Why didn't I do this long ago. Very happy with product, workmanship, and especially attitude and work ethic.
It was time to get a new cooling system so I contacted B. Carlson for a quote on a refrigerated air unit. Jeremy came out and because of the cost to upgrade my entire electrical system I was unable to afford getting refrigerated air. Jeremy however provided me alternatives for an efficient yet powerful evaporated cooler. I couldn't be happier. Despite the many days this summer with temps over 100 degrees my Breezair unit has kept my large two story home cold and comfortable. To top it off I got quotes from other companies and Jeremy helped me to get the lowest price with them.
We had a air conditioner, furnace and water heater replaced. They were very professional and did a thorough quality job. We had to make a last minute change to the brand of the unit we were installing but even though it was a more expensive unit they did not charge us any more. Be sure to consider them if you need HVAC work done.
My A/C quit working a few days after a Home Depot contractor came out to perform a "tuneup" on my system. I called B. Carlson rather than throw good money after bad and I am glad I did. The response was fast and the work professional. That was over two weeks ago and the system is still working fine. From Paula in customer service to technician Ben Dudley the service was outstanding.
