I can't believe one of the other reviews. This is probably the the best plumbing company I have dealt with. They are very professional, communicate well so you know when they're going to arrive and do a very professional job. I wouldn't know if there are cheaper deals around, but I feel their charges are fair.
After their initial nice talk I fell in their trap, I realized I should not have used them. They have very poor customer service. They were not honest about previous contract. They caused too much hassle. It is not worth time and money, there are several plumbing service in the town, just google... If I have to remove one out of the list, I will remove this one. Final bill kept on increasing, end of the day they turned out to be costlier than any other standard service I know of. They threatened, I had no choice but to complete the work through them. I will not recommend their service.
